All-on-X Dental Implants
All-on-X replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed prosthesis supported by as few as four dental implants, giving patients a permanent alternative to removable dentures.
All-on-X is a full arch implant protocol in which the X represents a variable number of implants, typically four to six, placed at strategic positions to support a complete fixed prosthesis. Posterior implants are often angled to take advantage of available bone, which can reduce or eliminate the need for grafting in some patients.
A provisional set of teeth can often be placed the same day as surgery, giving you function during healing. The final prosthesis, made from a durable material such as zirconia, is delivered once the implants have fully integrated with the bone, typically several months later.

3D imaging and evaluation
Bone volume, gum health, bite, and jaw anatomy are reviewed with cone beam CT imaging to determine implant positioning and candidacy.
Treatment planning
Implant count, angulation, and prosthetic design are planned digitally so the sequence of treatment is clear before anything begins.
Implant placement
Implants are placed at the planned positions, often with a provisional arch delivered the same day to restore function during healing.
Integration
Over several months, the implants integrate with the surrounding bone while the provisional arch is monitored and refined.
Final prosthesis
Once integration is confirmed, a definitive arch is fabricated with final adjustments to bite, shape, and shade.
