Having worked in nearly every aspect of a multi specialty dental practice from clinical support and dental hygiene to treatment coordination, insurance management, scheduling, and patient services, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey.

She works closely with both patients and the clinical team to ensure every visit is organized, efficient, and welcoming, while continually refining the systems that support outstanding care.

Jonathan oversees the practice's vision, patient experience, technology, branding, and business operations. Working closely with the clinical team, he focuses on every detail beyond the treatment itself, from the design of the office and the integration of advanced technology to communication, scheduling, and the overall patient journey.
